Code of Conduct

CAMP Festival is dedicated to an inclusive, harassment-free experience for everyone of gender, gender identity and expression, race, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of organizers, attendees, volunteers or speakers in any form. All persons must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the province of Alberta.

Persons in violation of these rules may be sanctioned or expelled (without a refund) from CAMP events at the discretion of the organizers. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If you are being harassed, notice that some else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an organizer of CAMP Festival immediately. CAMP organizers will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We appreciate and value your attendance.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY PARTICIPATING IN CAMP EVENTS, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY OF CONDUCT TO ENSURE A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
